Hello beautiful stranger! Let me pour you a cold brew and tell you a hot tale about Knoxville’s own Tiny Stage Comedy. Tiny Stage is the brainchild of Rowan Young and Emaleigh Kierstin. Rowan and Emaleigh met at a comedy open mic in 2018. After a year of telling jokes to loud, crowded bars, a sweet flower of an idea blossomed. That idea turned into their first production at Central Cinema. Summer Squirt-fest was a sold-out show and ignited the spark that started it all.

From that show has grown a community of folks who love coming together to share laughter. With the help of Nick Dwyer Tree Care, Rowan and Emaleigh built a stage. They painted it purple. They put on a whole lotta shows.

As we have grown, so has our team! Our awesome team members put in so much hard work. We would not be where we are without our co producers.

Tiny Stage Comedy is a safe space for folks of all genders, races, religions, sexual orientations, physical conditions, and cultural backgrounds. Together we aim to uplift our community. We could not do this without you all. Our gratitude is endless.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know us! We look forward to getting to know you, too.
